Privacy:
All information provided to the Company by customers will be held in the strictest confidence, and the Company has taken all such steps it deems reasonably necessary or appropriate to protect against improper or unauthorized access thereto. In no event will any such information so provided be sold or otherwise used by the Company for any purpose other than as may be directly related to the conduct of business between the Company and such customer.
Product Usage:
USAGE OF SOFTWARE IS AT YOUR OWN RISK. This demo software is provided "AS IS," and Comprotex cautions the users to determine for themselves the suitability of the use of the demo version of this software. Comprotex makes no warranty or representation whatsoever of merchantability or fitness of the product for any particular purpose or use. In no event shall Comprotex be liable for any consequential, incidental or special damages whatsoever arising out of the use of or inability to use this software.
Payment:
Payment for merchandise purchased may be accomplished through the use of an accepted credit card, or by cashier's or personal check. If payment is by credit card, the customer's credit card account will be charged promptly upon acceptance of the order.
Credit Card Safety:
All reasonable steps will be taken to protect a customer's credit card account from unauthorized use.
Order Cancellation:
Orders submitted may not be cancelled. All orders become final upon delivery of email link information.
Warranties:
The Company's only express warranty with respect to merchandise offered is that such merchandise is as represented, and all other warranties are expressly denied.
Refunds:
Due to the type of product, that being downloadable, there are no refunds.
